First off, let's get something out of the way. You younger guys DO NOT need a bunch of tech. Infra! Infra! Infra! Infrastructure is where it's at. When you get a bunch of Infrastructure you can buy all the tech you want.
I'm going to show you one easy way to make a several million dollars in no time.
First, you should never have more than 50 tech. Period. Don't whine because you are going to have low NS. You are going to have money and more money leads to more NS.
Going from 0 tech to 50 tech costs a little over $860,000 if i remember correctly.
Now, someone offers to buy the 50 you have for 1.5 million. Guess what, you just made a $640,000 dollar profit.
If you have 50 and someone offers you 3 million bucks for 100 tech this is what you do:
Take the 3 mill. 10 days later send your first 50 to the buyer and once he receives it you buy 50 tech for $860,000. Ten days later when the slot opens up again send him that 50 tech and once he accepts it buy yourself another 50 tech for $860,000.
After 20 days you will have 50 tech just like you started out with and you will also have made a profit of 1.28 million!
If you have 5 aid slots (4 without the foreign ministry improvement) you could make 6.4 million a month!
Give it a try. Programs like this help the older nations that need the tech and they also help the younger nations get started.
A good rule to follow is be a tech seller until you have around 2500 infrastructure. Then you will have to do the math and see if it's still profitable for you to continue selling.
